AGAPIERS SPIRIT
An internal study was created to analyse how agap2IT employees relate to the company. From the several questions asked, they were asked to define the meaning of "agapiers spirit", and here the results allowed to collect a series of keywords that served as inspiration to create a symbol that represented all these concepts.

how does it work?
How does the 2agapiers program works?
It is a programme with annual cycles of participation, that is, at the end of one year of the programme, a new cycle begins. During this cycle, according to the greater involvement of the agapier him/herself in the different performance indicators, he/she will earn badges over time and each one has a specific score that reflects his/her position in the programme ranking. At the end of the annual cycle, the top 3 in the ranking win recognition awards. In the event of a tie in total scores at the end of an annual program cycle, the agapier who first reaches the score that generated the tie remains first.
Two points regarding the dynamics of the programme are worth highlighting:
1. The indicators defined were previously analysed and evaluated. As they have different levels of complexity regarding the involvement of agapiers, they also have different weightings in the ranking score.
2. By reaching a position among the top 10 ranking agapiers, their name will be present in the public list of the programme that will be published in real time both on the agapiers website (www.agapiers.com) and on the app itself as well.
What is a Badge?
These are digital emblems, representing performance indicators that can be earned by agapiers.
What are the functions of a Digital Badge
A digital badge represents the degree of involvement of an agapier with the agap2IT ecosystem. The agapier will be able to disclose the earned badges in different ways, either through email subscription or by posting on social networks and thus receive due recognition for their involvement and achievements
Doesn't the Educator badge have different levels of involvement like the others?
This is a badge that does not have the levels of involvement (bronze, silver, gold and platinum), as it has a strict internal criteria for approval of an agapier as a trainer. Therefore, the agapier can earn the unique Educator badge by being approved by our Trainning department as an internal agap2IT trainer.
The present 2agapiers Program does not evaluate the data in terms of the quality of its content, but rather its diversity of factors, according to the Selection Criteria described above. After consulting the strictly necessary information for data collection and validation of the score, the data is no longer accessible to Platform administrators.The personal data processed in the context of this program (outside the criteria for scoring) are the name and photograph, which are not made public unless the participant enters the top 10 (in which case, the participant's first name and last name will be disclosed on the website for the purpose of transparency and promotion of the competitive environment characteristic of the program).One year after the start of the program, the existing data on the platform will be deleted.For more information regarding the protection of personal data, please consult our Privacy police.
2agapiers Program Badges
In that section, we present the performance indicators and all the possible badges to be earned. Each badge is related to a criterion of agapiers' involvement in the agap2IT ecosystem.
It is worth pointing out that in order to achieve the badges of the indicators presented below, the challenges must be completed within a period of 1 year, in the same edition of the programme.
