Das várias questões colocadas, foi pedido que definissem o significado de "espírito agapiers", e aqui os resultados permitiram recolher uma série das palavras-chave que serviram de inspiração para criar um símbolo que representasse todos estes conceitos.

Como funciona?
Como funciona o programa 2agapiers?
É um programa com ciclos anuais de participação, ou seja, ao final de 1 ano de programa, inicia-se um novo ciclo. Durante o mesmo, conforme o maior envolvimento do próprio agapier nos diferentes indicadores de desempenho, este vai conquistando badges ao longo do tempo e cada um possui uma pontuação específica que reflete a sua posição no ranking do programa. No final do ciclo anual, os 3 primeiros colocados no ranking ganham prémios de reconhecimento.
Vale destacar dois pontos em relação à dinâmica do programa:
- Os indicadores definidos foram previamente analisados e avaliados. Por terem diferentes níveis de complexidade quanto ao envolvimento dos agapiers, também têm diferentes ponderações na pontuação do ranking.
- Ao alcançarem uma posição entre os 10 primeiros agapiers no ranking, o seu nome irá estar presente na lista pública do programa que será divulgada em tempo real tanto no site agapiers (www.agapiers.com) como na própria app também.
O que é um Badge?
São emblemas digitais, que representam indicadores de desempenho que podem ser conquistados por agapiers.
Quais as funções de um Badge Digital?
Um badge digital representa o grau de envolvimento de um agapier com o ecossistema agap2IT. O agapier poderá divulgar os badges conquistados de diferentes formas, quer através da assinatura de e-mail ou da divulgação em redes sociais e, assim, receber o devido reconhecimento pelo seu envolvimento e conquistas.
O badge Educator não possui diferentes níveis de envolvimento como nos outros?
Este é um badge que não possui os níveis de envolvimento (bronze, prata, ouro e platina), por possuir um critério interno rigoroso de aprovação de um agapier como formador. Portanto, o agapier pode conquistar o único badge Educator ao ser aprovado pelo nosso departamento Trainning como um formador interno da agap2IT.
O presente Programa 2agapiers não avalia os dados quanto à qualidade do seu conteúdo, mas sim à diversidade de fatores, conforme os Critérios de Seleção descritos acima. Após consulta da informação estritamente necessária à recolha e validação da pontuação, os dados deixam de estar acessíveis a administradores da Plataforma. Os dados pessoais que são tratados no contexto deste programa (fora critérios para pontuação) são o nome e fotografia, não sendo tornados públicos a menos que o participante entre no top 10 (será divulgado em sede de site, neste caso, o participante terá o nome e apelido divulgado para efeitos de transparência e promoção do ambiente concorrencial característico). Vale a pena, destacar que para conquistar os badges dos indicadores apresentados abaixo, os desafios devem ser concluídos dentro do período de 1 ano, na mesma edição do programa.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure and automation tools to support our development and production environments.
Responsibilities:
