agap2IT in the Top 5 among Large Companies in the study "Index of Excellence", organised by Neves de Almeida | HR Consulting and in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education.
For 10 consecutive years agap2IT has been awarded for its work and this time it won 5th place in the "Index of Excellence" study, in the Large Corporations category, an initiative aimed at rewarding and promoting companies with the best organisational culture.
This initiative counted with the participation of about 120 national companies, mostly SMEs and the analysis made to the results obtained every year, have revealed to be an important management tool in the understanding of the organisations and the relationship they have with their employees.
The continuous awarding of agap2IT in this study demonstrates all the investment that has been made in employee satisfaction, especially with a clear focus on training and valuing them.
The promotion of talent continues to be one of the main drivers of the global strategy of the technological company and is fundamental for building an appealing and differentiating organisation where a relationship of proximity, follow-up and recognition of employees is created.
